Bluport Mall is one of the most popular shopping malls in Hua Hin, which is often visited by tourists and locals for variable shopping and eating opportunities. Location of Currency Exchange
Currency exchange counters are located in the “Bank Zone” of Bluport Mall that can be found on the “B” floor of the building. Once you will get down to this level, you will easily notice a row of bank branches and two of them have separate currency exchange counters. A bit aside you can also find currency exchange counter of Twelve Victory.
Money Changers at Bluport Mall
Currency exchange counters at Bluport Mall are operated by two banks – SCB (Siam Commercial Bank) and Krungsri Bank. At the time of our visit, currency exchange of Krungsri Bank was offering better exchange rates for most of the currencies.
However, the exchange rates at this bank were still lower than you could get at independent money changers such as SuperRich or Twelve Victory. Twelve Victory also has a branch at Bluport Mall so you can expect to get a better deal for your money if you will look for it.
Bluport Mall’s branch of Twelve Victory can be found at Room No B09/1 on the “B” floor. Twelve Victory here is open daily, from 10:00 to 20:00.

Currency exchange rates of the banks found at Bluport Mall are not really good but the exchange rates offered by Twelve Victory are close to the best you can get in Hua Hin.

USD to THB exchange rate at Bluport
The official USD exchange rate at the time of our visit was 30.46 THB for 1 US Dollar, so the rate offered by the bank at Bluport (29.99 THB/USD) was by 0.47 THB or by 1.5% lower than the market rate. Not a very bad deal but Twelve Victory at the same time was offering the exchange rate was 30.13 THB/USD or only by 0.33 THB lower than the market rate, making the exchange rate at Twelve Victory really competitive.
However, worse exchange rates are offered for smaller USD notes by all money changers at Bluport Mall.
EUR to THB exchange rate at Bluport
The official EUR exchange rate at the time of our visit was 33.62 THB for 1 Euro, so the rate offered by the bank at Bluport (32.88 THB/EUR) was by 0.74 THB or by 2.2% lower than the market rate. As you can see, Euro exchange rate is not as good as USD exchange rate so bringing US Dollars for exchange at Bluport is recommended. Twelve Victory again was offering better rate than the banks operating here as Euro exchange rate was 33.15 THB/EUR or just by 0.47 THB lower than the market rate.
GBP to THB exchange rate at Bluport
The official GBP exchange rate at the time was 38.53 THB for 1 Sterling Pound, so the rate offered by the bank at Bluport (37.21 THB/GBP) was by 1.32 THB or even by 3.4% lower than the market rate. Significantly worse deal than you can get for USD or EUR, making it much more sense to exchange British Pounds at Twelve Victory as GBP exchange rate offered by them was 37.65 THB/GBP or only by 0.88 THB lower than the market rate.
