Cicada Market is located in Hua Hin at Suan Si Park, in front of the entrance to Hyatt Regency Hotel. It is a night market that sells the contemporary artwork including handmade crafts, home decorations, clothes, second hand goods, SME products with creative ideas. This market is built under the concept "Open Mind and Open Mat" meaning that the sellers will sell in open green space on the mat or shop.

CICADA Market is also known as Jakkajan Market in Thai.
At the entrance, you will see an alphabet sculpture in the pool of water.
Cicada Market is divided into four zones:
1. Art A La Mode
Walk straight to the garden, there will be Art A La Mode zone. Here you can find and purchase some awesome handcrafted products such as key rings, phone covers, pencils with the name on, necklaces or hand drawn pictures made by locals.
2. Cicada Art Factory
In the middle zone, there is Cicada Art Factory. There are 2 white wooden houses with an art gallery inside. You can find beautiful art pieces here to look at or to buy. At the front of the house, you will see few artists doing their artworks.
3. Amphitheatre
This is a zone for entertainment. The music adds up a real atmosphere to the place. You will see performances of talented artists on the stage of Amphitheatre such as live music, dance troupes or theatre groups. You can also grab a drink and spend few hours listening to some music in the open-air garden. It's a great place for relaxing evening.
4. Cicada Cuisine
The food stalls are probably the best part of this market, if you are a food lover. They are from the well-selected restaurants around Hua Hin and offer a wide variety of food from rice, noodle, snacks to drinks, including liquor. The food ticket is required to be used at the food stalls. The place is clean and well organized. There is a large seating area for dining and the food is really delicious at Cicada Cuisine. Even if the price is a little bit higher than in other places, it is worth to pay.
Overall we would recommend a visit to Cicada Market in Hua Hin. There is no charge to enter the market. If you are looking for unique stuff, you can find it here. The atmosphere is so relaxing and inspiring. However, the market only opens between Friday and Sunday from 4 pm to 11 pm.
