Songkran Festival at Siam Square will be taking place during April 13-15, 2019. 3. S2O Songkran Music Festival
S2O Songkran Music Festival is organized on 13-15 April 2019 at Live Park in Bangkok. This event is the world's greatest Songkran festival. The warm atmosphere of Bangkok at night, under the cold water and the hottest music from the world's top DJs with the coolest production from one of Asia's greatest and best teams. Headliners of the festival: Fatboy Slim, Tiesto, Steve Aoki.
4. Celebrate Songkran dryly at Changchui
Enjoy one of the most colorful and festive times of the year in Bangkok. On the occasion of Songkran Festival, a traditional festival celebration will be taking place on 12-16 April 2019, from 16:00 to 23:00 at ChangChui Creative Park. ChangChui brings the local spirit of “Bang Kruai” art & folk culture to the spotlight. Bang Kruai is a historic district in the southern part of Nonthaburi close to Bangkok city where people still maintain the traditional way of life from ancient ages. You will get to see the original Songkran ritual: pouring scented water on the hands of revered elders to give respect and ask for blessing, as well as bathing rite for Buddha images.
5. Color Splash Songkran Music Festival
Color Splash Songkran Music Festival is taking place on 12-15 April 2019 at Motorsport Land Go Kart in Bangkok. The celebration at this place comes with the amusement park theme. There will be many famous artists to celebrate Songkran Festival 2019 with you on all 4 days. There will be 4 different music genres each day - hip hop (April 12), Thai country (April 13), pop/dance (April 14), and rock (April 15).
6. Songkran Festival, Plearnary Mall
Songkran Festival at Plearnary Mall is taking place throughout April 2019. At the event, you can enjoy many activities:
- 6 April 2019, there will be an event for 4 to 12 year kids to participate in the Summer Kids Contest 2019
- 6-7 April 2019, you will be able to enjoy playing at the game booths, temple festival booths and getting many prizes
- 11-25 April 2019, you can join the holy water pouring on the Buddha's image.
7. Wet & Wild at TOM YUM KUNG Khaosan Road FESTIVAL
Wet & Wild at TOM YUM KUNG Bar on Khaosan Road is a special open-air Songkran Festival celebration that will be featuring Dj’s and MC's and top productions that will add an extra heat to Songkran in Bangkok. The event will be taking place for 3 days on 13–15 April 2019, from 14:00 to 02:00. There will also be a Wet and Wild 2019 Pre-Party on 12 April 2019, from 20:00 to 02:00.
8. Songkran SO Pool Party
Songkran SO Pool Party is taking place at The Water Club, on the 10th floor of SO Sofitel Bangkok. The festival celebration here comes with the theme the Pandora, the world of Avatar and the light of Aurora. The event is taking place on 13-14 April 2019, from 13:00 to 21:00. The early bird ticket is 700 THB per person including 1 drink. The normal ticket is 850 THB per person including 1 drink.
9. G Session BKK: The raging sea & sound
G Session BKK is taking place at the 5-star Pullman Bangkok Hotel G on Silom road on the 13th of April, from 15:00 to 21:00. If you are interested, be prepared for a wet & wild water festival with Bangkok's top DJs Tong Apollo & DJ PAKA spinning favorite house tunes. The entry fee is 200 THB for general tickets and 350 THB for VIP, with 2 free drinks and a chance to lock the best table.
10. Water Festival 2019
Water Festival 2019, a unique Songkran Festival celebration in Thailand, will be held for the 5th time under the concept of "Stay cool". The festival is taking place from 13-15 April 2019 in 4 regions of Thailand, including the central region (Bangkok), the northern region (Chiang Mai), the northeast region (Udon Thani) and the southern region (Phuket).
