4 cups water
50 g ground pork, mixed with thin soy sauce
2 fish balls
1 roll egg tofu
Ivy gourd leaves, as desired
1 tablespoon thin soy sauce
1-2 teaspoons Fish Sauce, to taste
1. In a large pot bring the water to boil over medium heat and then add ivy gourd leaves and season it with fish sauce.
2. Add ground pork and fish balls and simmer for about 3-5 minutes or till the meat is done.
3. Then add tofu.
4. Serve the soup with steamed jasmine rice.
