Ingredients

300 g chicken wings, only the lower part (or other small chicken pieces with bones)
2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes.
1 medium onion, peeled and cut into small pieces
2 medium tomatoes, cut into small pieces
4 cups of water
1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
1/2 tablespoon pork seasoning powder
1-2 stalks celery, stalks chopped, leaves reserved

Instructions

1. Fill a pot with 4 cups of water. Once the water boils, put in the seasoning powder and chicken and boil on medium heat.

2. When the chicken will be almost cooked, add potatoes, and simmer for 5 Then, add an onion.

3. Simmer for about 5 minutes or more until the onion releases its sweetness. Then, add tomatoes and fish sauce.

4. Turn the heat off when the tomatoes start to bliss and serve soup topped with celery leaves.
