Banana chips are made from raw banana. You can use any kind of banana but the different banana will give a slightly different taste. You can make not only banana chips but taro chips or potatoes chips by using this recipe as well.

5-6 raw bananas
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon
1. Remove the banana peel and put raw banana in the salted water with lemon juice. It helps to remove the stickiness and preserve the color of banana.
2. Cut bananas into 1/4-inch slices and dry the sliced pieces in a plate.
3. Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat and fry the banana slices until dry and crispy.
4. Drizzle chip with honey (for sweet banana chips) or salt (for salty banana chips) as you wish.
