Nam Jim Seafood Ingredients
1 clove of small garlic
5 fresh red chilies
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 tablespoon Fish Sauce or 1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
If you have pestle and mortar, smash all the ingredients together and your Nam Jim Seafood sauce is ready!
If you have food processor, add all the ingredients and blend for about 1 minute.
